DesAcc's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for its Quality Control (QC) management processes requires that all support issues be handled by e-mail. This allows us to keep track of the issue with an electronic audit trail.

Listing System Information
To ascertain information specific to your computer, you may be asked by Support to click the below link to download the "ListSystemInfo.exe" program. After running the program, a window will be displayed with results that can be copy/pasted into an e-mail to Support.
